Why Work With Jaclyn Palowitz?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
I met Jaclyn when I was looking for a condo to rent in Pelican Landing while looking for a condo to purchase. This was the first time that I had ever rented and she did an excellent job helping me find a very nice comfortable property. Jaclyn, followed up on my happiness with the rental and I mentioned looking for a permanent place. She began sending me listings and after looking at numerous properties (I had quite a list of "must haves" which included a great tennis facility) she found the perfect one for me that had not made the MLS yet! She was patient and great fun to look at places with. Please consider Jaclyn as your realtor. She listened to what I was looking for and diligent in finding the perfect condo. She answered my incessant questions, as I was not familiar with associations and the area, with a great energetic patient attitude. I will definitely use her again and refer her! Thank you Jaclyn! See you in January!

In May 2014 I was looking for a condominium in Bonita Springs, and came south to meet with Jackie. I was immediately impressed with her professionalism and enthusiasm, as well as the preparation she had done before our meeting, based upon my preferences. Over that Summer, she kept in touch with me as opportunities arose, and when she emailed me a brand new listing for the place I now call home, she had visited it and could knowledgeably answer my questions. I had seen a similar floor plan, and based upon the trust I felt in Jackie, I purchased it sight unseen. I was very happy with the entire experience and very highly recommend her.

My wife and I first met Jaclyn four years ago and we searched with her help on multiple visits from Canada and via online listings sent to us to find the perfect home to meet our comfort and nature environment location needs. Jaclyn stuck with us through many indecisive moments and then, voila, In May 2015, she found the perfect condo, not even listed yet, which we knew was perfect as soon as we walked in. Can't say enough about her great personality, persistence, patience and professionalism in making our Florida dream come true. Thanks Jackie! ***** Kim and Anne Adams
