Jaclyn was very helpful in getting a buyer and working with pricing my home to get it sold. She checked my home when it was on the market and I was up North. Jaclyn has patience, diligence and integrity. She listened to what we thought we wanted and then took the time to show us numerous communities so that we could compare them one to another. Prior to our going out, she would send us information about the community and the homes we would see so that we didn't waste our time if something wasn't of interest. And, when she found our dream home for us, she wasted no time in calling us in NY and letting us know what opportunity was available. In less than a week, we were back in FLorida, saw the house and made an offer. There were other bidders and things got complicated but Jaclyn helped us to navigate the deal and helped us to get a Florida attorney when we needed one, a mortgage broker and everything else one needs when purchasing a house. She is a full service professional who cares about her clients and I am recommending her to all our friends and family who are now heading FLorida way!
